In order to run Claude follow a few steps:
Go to the Categories and products section and select one or multiple products in the products list.
TIP! It is a good idea to apply prompt to few products to check the result before applying it in bulk (massively).
In the main menu find [ AI ] menu and go to [AI for Products] or [AI for Variations]
To run AI for one product, Use the [Generate with AI] button next to any text field like description, short description, metadata.
In the opened window you will see Prompt list (or dropdown for single product generation), Product List and current Prompt.
Select one or multiple prompts in the list -
☑ Enable checkboxes next to the prompts.
TIP! Go to PromptBook to modify your prompts before applying them.
Make sure the products that you are planning to apply the prompt is in the list
Check the Prompt.
You can edit the prompt here, the modified prompt will be applied to the selected products, but the changes will not be applied to the Prompt in the PromptBook.
TIP: In order to modify the prompt from the PromptBook, please go to the PromptBook section.
Priority - Use higher priority if you have any prompts that should be executed before any other actions.
Normal Priority will execute the list using FIFA method (first in, first out).
Apply higher or immediate priority for tasks that should be executed first.
TIP: It is important to use priorities for co-dependent tasks. For example, if you want to generate product name based on image and after that generate product description based on product name. In this case you need to apply High priority for the task to generate product name based on product image. After that use Normal priority to generate description based on product name. In this case the task to generate name would be executed first and the task to generate description would be executed second.
Auto apply - automatically applies all changes once the text is generated. Use this option with prompts that you have already tested.
Note, it is important to check changes before applying them to the live site.
Run all - adds all tasks to the queue based on priority.
Cancel - cancels all changes and exits the AI form.
Important! Changes will not be applied instantly. It takes time for the AI to generate all data. Go to the Tasks Queue to see how tasks are executed and the status of the tasks.
In order to check the result and apply changes go to AI -> Task Queue
Here you can see the list of tasks, models and statuses.
In the right pane you can see the prompt that was applied, the response and the status log.
ERRORS: If you can see any error, please check the error and fix it. In most cases it is caused by model availability, balance (add credits to your AI provider account) or daily/monthly limits.
[Restart] - If you can see any errors or you have reached the limit, you can filter all tasks that were not executed yet and restart them in bulk.
[Change Priority] - If you need, you can change the priority of some tasks at this stage.
[Apply] or [Apply All] allows you to apply changes.
Important! You will not be able to undo the changes after they are Applied. Please review the Result field carefully. Use auto-apply only if you ahve tested the prompt with few products.
Once the changes are applied you can check them on your live store.
Important! If you are using Bridge connection or connector module, do not forget to Post changes to Web (CTRL + P)
