Export Shipping Classes Data

fmShippingClasses

With the Export wizard you are able to transfer the "Shipping Classes" data to a separate file in order to have the opportunity to have access to this file in future.

Press [Export Data] to launch the wizard and start transferring .

Export starts with the page where you can specify the file with the data you want to be exported from. Make sure the current file is writable and openable. If you specify a new file name, which doesn't exist yet, it will be created after export.

To use the file from FTP server, check the lower field. Specify necessary details to your FTP server to be able to upload data.

Make sure you use the proper FTP credentials. Check them on the "Preferences" section of Store Manager in the "FTP" tab:

The "Load configuration" field serves for uploading saved export configuration that was used during the previous export process to facilitate the passage through the export steps.

You can find the option for removal of a selected configuration, or clear the configuration list, there as well. To move to the next step of export press the button below:

The delimiter and separators step consists of the main setting of date and time mode and can be left by default.

The following page helps to choose the fields you want to be transferred. With the arrow options drag-and-drop necessary fields between panes.

The left pane displays data that can be exported and the right pane shows data that will be exported in fact.

You should use Expression editor, if you want to modify exported values:

Refer to the following chapter about the Custom SQL section of Store Manager to facilitate expression creating.

"Field names in first row" should be selected, if you want the first row of the .csv file to contain names, such as:

First row with values

Otherwise, be sure this option is unselected:

The [Show/Hide advanced options] button allows to expand/collapse the additional form with main formats of date and time values after exporting.

The [Set Default] button returns default values of these settings.

Press [Export] to launch the transferring.

On the final step, you will see the summary results of the export.

You are able also to save current configuration separately or in the wizard directly by using the [Save configuration] option (see an illustration above).

If you have used or outdated configurations, you can remove them from the listwith [Delete configuration]. [Clear list] removes all configurations available in the configuration list at once.

Exported data can be previewed in the file you have specified on the first step of the export process.
