To save your product tags from Store Manager to a .csv file and have an opportunity to use it in the future for transferring to another place via import, perform the export tags, firstly, with the Export Wizard tool.

Find the necessary option in the "Product Tags" page from the top toolbar, or open the context menu and choose the command from the list:

The initial page requires specifying the file name and location where your exported data will be placed. If a particular file doesn't indicated and selected, it will be created automatically.

You can check the correctness of these data in Settings -> Preferences -> FTP by pressing the [Test Connection] button. After receiving the message, as on the illustration below, you can proceed with the uploading data on FTP server.

In other case, clarify your main access details with your hosting company to be able to continue.

Use the "Open Configuration" field, if you have previously saved export configurations. Choose the one you need from the wizard saved list or upload the necessary configuration from a file:

The [Next] button moves you to the following export step. In order to go to the export step you need, without going through all the steps gradually, use the numbered boxes with the export steps' titles inside on the left:

2. Select fields delimiter and quote characters page contains some important settings to separate data. You can see the typical delimiter types in the drop-down list, but you can choose your own delimiter symbol as well.

"Quote string values" specifies the character used to separate strings in the CSV file. Leave this field selected, in another case, you can get the incorrect data after exporting:

3. The next step - "Fields to export" - divided into two panes. The left one with all fields that can be exported and the right one - the area with the field list that will be exported.

Field Names in the first row

If you leave this field unselected, you will get the following file after export:

Not the field names in the first row

Create the formula to extend your exported data, for example, combine some values positions in the relevant fields of store database. It can be possible with the simple expression.

Launch the Expression Editor form to generate the necessary formula.

Use the CONCAT function to combine the required fields values. For example, the "Taxonomy_ID" and "Name" columns.

Your expression should look like this:

[Insert Database Field Value] helps to choose the fields you need for formula.

Use the [Help] button at the top of the editor form for more details on expression special syntax with provided examples.

To verify the formula press the [Execute Expression] button and you will see the result in the next form.

Press [Next] to get back to the first Editor's page and click on the [OK] button to save your expression.

You will get the additional field with the specified expression on the left. Drag-and-drop it to the right pane and your formula will be exported to a file with the other selected data.

To add more complex formula, that allows to make changes to your store database tables requires some SQL skills and can be done by helping with the Custom SQL editor.

To launch the editor form directly from this step of export use [Add extended expression field] above.

Look through the following documentation about the Custom SQL sector of Store Manager.
