4.4 Export Orders


To start exporting the orders with the orders details need to launch the Export /Import Orders wizard in the toolbar. The context menu contains such option too - just use the right-mouse clicking within the Orders list area to call it and

find necessary action.

Follow such steps to move orders to a separate file of CSV format:

1. Choose an 'Export Data' action on the top toolbar of Orders page:

2. Select file field - fill with the filename and full path to the exported data. Once the file is not specified it will be automatically created and placed in the default location.

Upload file via FTP refers to the case when the exported data should be located on FTP server and displays the fields with the main FTP settings details.

Fill them properly to be able to connect to FTP and proceed with the exporting.

The lower part of the current step is for uploading the pre-saved export configuration if any.

Open configuration field

Select Fields Delimiter step - leave the default values as they are or specify your own characters in the appropriate fields. Take a note, the 'Quote string values with' field should be checked to avoid the incorrectly data display in the target file.

CSV delimiter step

The form which appears next serves for choosing the fields you want to transfer. The left one is the list of all available fields and the right one - the list of data which will be placed in the export file.

You can use the different ways to move fields between the panes:

- double-mouse clicking on the selected field(s);

- drag-and-drop method;

- the options in the middle, i.e.:

Move orders from left to the right
Left-right at once

move field(s) to the left-right one-by-one - or all at once -

move fields from right to left one-by-one -

Move data from right to the left at once
Move data from the right to the left

or all at once -

The following step will show the data which to be exported in two variants. Choose the required one:

Open Advanced Mode

The next form shows the basic date and time delimiters and the multiple values separators. In case you use the default parameters, you can leave these fields unchanged.

‘Export’ option will launch the process of transferring data from Store Manager to a file.

Summary results of exporting you can see on the final step of the wizard in the area for previewing. Choose an action you want to launch after exporting from the proposed variants:

Check one of the listed above actions and press 'Finish' to complete the process and close the wizard.
