fmOrders

To start exporting orders with orders details, launch the Export /Import Orders wizard from the toolbar. The context menu contains the same option.

Follow such steps to move orders to a separate file of CSV format:

Press [Export Data] on the top toolbar of the Orders page:

File to export

"Select file". Fill this field with the filename and full path to the exported data. If the file is not specified, it will be automatically created and placed in the default location.

"Upload file via FTP" refers to the case when the exported data is located on FTP server and displays the fields with the main FTP settings details. Fill them properly to be able to connect to FTP and proceed with the exporting.

The lower part of the current step is for uploading presaved export configuration, if any.

CSV delimiter

Leave default values as they are, or specify your own characters in the appropriate fields. Take a note, the "Quote string values with" field should be selected to avoid the incorrect data display in the target file.

The form, which appears next, serves for choosing the fields you want to transfer. On the left, there is the list of all available fields; and on the right, there is the list of data that will be placed in the export file.

You can use different ways to move fields between those panes:

  • Double-click the selected field(s).

  • Drag-and-drop method.

  • The options in the middle, i.e.:

< - To move field(s) from the left to right one-by-one

< - To move fields from the left to right all at once

< - To move fields from right to left one-by-one

< - To move fields to the left all at once

The following step will show the data for export in two variants. Choose one:

The next form shows the basic data, time delimiters and the multiple values separators. In case you use default parameters, you can leave these fields unchanged.

Export options

This will launch the process of transferring data from Store Manager to a file.

Summary results of exporting will be available on the final step of the wizard in the area for previewing. Choose an action you want to launch after exporting from the proposed variants:

Check one of the listed actions and press [Finish] to complete the process and close the wizard.
